procrastination clock

In My English class we have this clock at a two second glance you might wonder if it was working or not. However if you were to just stare at the clock (this class can be that boring at times) the second hand is just waiting for five seconds. Every five seconds the second hand moves rapidly to the next number then stops for four seconds then races to catch up its quite entertaining to be honest but it got me thinking. I am on the institute council at the orem institute of religion and have learned how procrastination effects those around us. I have had to pick up others "dropped balls" and they have left me racing to catch up so i like to think that this procrastination clock has taught me a lesson...but we will see
